From the Mary Sue’s post on nerd words that made it into common usage. Orson Scott Card is credited with these words, but they’re actually common Swedish words. Except for Ramen. I’ve got nothing, unless we count noodles.

Utlänning = foreigner
Främling = stranger
Varelse = creature
